Five Columns has been a Bellingham favorite since 2000. Before it was Five Columns, Jim and Dini Christopoulos ran the restaurant under the name Rib and Reef. When transitioning from Rib and Reef to Five Columns, The Christopoulos' added many new authentic Greek dishes as well as 5 Greek columns into the design of the restaurant.
